2.15 pm - Second Tuesday of the month

We are a group of people who have been studying our family histories for some time. We exchange information, help with problems and share the various journals, articles, books and other sources on family history. Some of our meetings have themes such as looking at apprentice indentures, the WW1 impact on our families and we have recently completed a project on Royal Crescent inhabitants.

We meet at 2.15 pm on the second Tuesday of most months; the group number is restricted to 10 as we meet in a private house.
Although the group is full at the moment, we are happy to help other groups set up, please see the Newsletter for contact details

2.00pm - Second Wednesday of the month at the Harington Club

We are a friendly group of twelve who have been researching our family histories mostly on-line for some years. We help each other with research and any new or better sites we find. Some of us use Ancestry and some use Find My Past so between us we cover the main web sites. There are also many free genealogy sites which we can recommend for anyone thinking of starting their family tree. We are very happy to help novices get started but must warn you, it can be addictive!

We are able to take on a few new members so please ring if you would like to join us. The Harington Club is just up from the Theatre Royal on the right hand side, going towards Queens Square.
